jVault is an electronic wallet application that stores sensitive information such as passwords, credit card account numbers, PIN numbers, etc. in a secure Blowfish-encrypted database. The user can define multiple "wallets" each of which can have individual folders containing "cards" of information. The label for each card field is adjustable by the user, and there are several pre-populated labels available through the use of common templates. A search option is available to list all cards that match a user-define search string. jVault is very easy to use, and you can be assured your data is safely secured with the Blowfish 256-bit encryption. Additional features include a random password generator and automatic hyperlinks for web addresses and phone numbers. A template editor allows for the creation of custom label templates. There is also a backup/restore feature that uses the email system for making backups of your entire database. As such, you can conveniently make a backup of your data and restore it very easily!
